I dont know about this one, but for the organ in notre dame of Lausanne in Switzerland (which is the most expensive in the world) the keyboard is linked to the organ with optical cable, so pretty much zero latency Edit: not zero latency, as you'll always have to deal with the valves sending wind to the pipes, which takes some time. But the second keyboard of the organ is about 60 meters away from the main pipes, and it would be harder to play without the optical cable.

Now that's an organ, dang! I love how he's just kind of floating above the foot pedals. When I was a kid we had a pizza place called Uncle Milt's and they had an organ that they would play every time we went there. There was also a man in a Pink Panther suit, an old timey black/white movie projector, bubble machine and arcade. That was pretty cool too. Thanks for reminding me of the good ol' days just on a grander scale.

Many instruments show you what it means to hear your heartbeat, the music that drives your life. But with the organ, you are INSIDE the music, you ARE the music. The organ is nothing without its cathedral, and is meant to play through the masses. What a truly powerful experience for the player and the audience. They are one.

Organ is probably one of the most amazing skills I've learned, I still can't help to be amazed by other musicians and how they play their instruments, and choose their registration, and take the piece and Make it their own. I love organ because you're putting your personal touches into everything you do, and no one piece is going to be played exactly the same.

Great to hear the CC at St Ouen is under restoration - do you know what factuer d'orgue is doing the restoration? Jonathan has uploaded on this channel a video of himself demonstrating this CC just before the restoration started.
