AMS doesn't prevent stacks of Searing Shadows from being applied. You'll still need to tank swap on 25m and some defensive cds/cb ress on 10m if solo tanking.

Can confirm. Was slightly panicking when I made a group thinking it worked wonders with AMS and I couldnt immune stacks. We got it down though. Just pop big CD's on 3rd and 4th searing shadows

Do you still get the debuff from the Searing Shadows attack or can you avoid that with AMS?

@ You still get it sadly. But if your raid damage is fast enough, you can survive a stack or two.
