@@Darthsand21503 I use deadeye all the time no traits. A lot of people think like you about the deadeye scopes. But they’re quite useful. For example, one of my favorite loadouts with the nagant deadeye is to pair it with the bow, I play that as a solo often. The deadeye gives me a little extra range for headshots, and that’s all I want it for.

Once you get used to the muzzle velocity, it's a great asset. I ran it with romero handcannon and then full size rival yesterday and it covered my mid range really well

Looking forward to an eventual Spitfire video, it's the variant I've had the most fun with and the one I personally think is the strongest. The rate of fire and the recoil is just enough that I have enough time between shots to realign my aim, so it really hits the goldilocks zone for me.

It's always a pleasure to watch yours videos. Tried Schofields myself today. Precision is so so good. Ammo is the only problem. Speedloader is just flex that cost 20 coins more. Short one is...yeah. Accuracy is just gone somewhere else. Especially with dual wielding. But yeah. Fast. I still think that Schofield are king of dual wield. And now they even have fmj. Sheesh. Scary stuff. Oh! Completely forgot. RIP Pax you were good when there was a reason to use you. P.S. two shot chest and actually down someone is such pleasure.

The Spitfire is absolutely busted imo. I like to roll Spitfire Saber, and I can say it's like Officer but better range, better recoil, better reload, and (arguably) a better rate of fire. I bring an ammo box too and that has basically solved my ammo problems.

I knew when I saw this gun I would love it enough to start playing double medium weapons more. I think I'll use gator with flachettes when I'm teamed up, maybe even bring an ammo box. Really looking forward to the legendaries they make for it, hope it rivals the Polar Star in quality.

There's still the possibility of adding Colt Buntline, which now, since we already have a medium size Scottfield, would probably mean they'd add it with a stock AND a long barrel to make it a large gun. It would then be competing with Officer Carbine. But I'd still like to see Lemat Carbine first. Just FYI, I'm still probably gonna keep taking the Pax with a Crossbow now for instance, because I really treasure the 50 m/s muzzle velocity for longer range.

@@frajecz i prefer the Spitfire personally (i like to run Spitfire Saber), and the pax doesnt retain damage like the uppercut or FMJ at longer ranges where muzzle velocity matters imo. Pax also sways like a drowsy kid at school at 1 pm. The problem with adding a large carbine is it wouldn't affect/replace the base pax at all. For example, the Scottie swift and spitfire both replace the base scottie. FMJ modifies the Scottie. However, the Scottie P does not. A Colt Buntline (pretty anachronistic but we have a mares leg so it doesnt matter too much) would definitely not replace the base Pax. I'd really like the Pax to be really stable compared to other handguns. It'd give it a niche of being an accurate, reliable secondary, and, if need be, a good primary.

@@Red-jl7jj I understand what you're getting at with Scottfield Precision not replacing the small ones... The thing is, Scottfield was the one that was supposed to have the stability advantage over the Pax thanks to the longer barrel. Pax still has the upper hand when it comes to fire rate...when you disregard the new Spitfire. It's also better at partial reloads, which I do a lot. I don't really know where the Pax should be heading, aside from the Carbine. Also, I didn't realize that the Buntline was a "modern" invention, much like the Mare's Leg.

So how does the Scottfield precision compare to the Nagant precision? I normally use weapons based on how they feel and how well I do with them. I never did understand the pros and cons of the base ammo types. The meta I kept hearing and running into was compact < medium < long.

Scottfield has lower muzzle velocity and more punch than Nagant Precision. In general, longer ammo types go faster but that doesn't hold true here. FMJ on Scottfield "only" sacrifices 30m/s muzzle velocity for punch better than base long ammo. Nagant Precision allows you to more reliably get headshots at range but the damage dropoff for Scottfield FMJ is better at a distance.

Long ammo basically gives you more options for a higher price. Hitting someone at close and medium and long range in the body with a lebel or a sparks will do the same damage give or take a few. Compact doesn't give you this flexibility in engagement range, but it does give you more flexibility in how many shots you get and how many wallbangs you can fish for. Medium ammo is a strange inbetween of both, and I'm liking it so far with the stockfield

The medium slot Scottfield is what we need beacause aside from the medium Dotch(which is expensive is labeled you as a tryhard) and the Mosin Obrez we don't have any other precision medium slot gun that can fire mutiple times in a row, and the Scottfield is a low rank gun too to boot~

@@Fermentos Scottfield models they are using are based on the actual firearm so both a precision and carbine variant would have to be entirely custom. Standard model is based off the 7inch barreled version the Russians had in 44-40, Precision is based on the stock option you could milled into the back of the grip that the main manufacturer of them had, and the swift is based on the cut down 3in barreled version that you can now a days get in 45 long colt and 38SPL. It is the same thing with the Cadwell Pax being based on real life cartridge conversion single action army revolvers in 45 long colt(minus the claw version that never existed in real life) or the Crown & King being a literal copy of a Browning Auto 5 detail for detail.

There is a reason behind this. Did you know that rifle barrels are designed to give enough time for all the powder to burn sawing off a barrel shorter than ever intended leaves a large amount of unburned powder which is wasted energy

Depends from which point of view you mean it. That point about short barrels wasting energy is true, but I think in this case it's more about having a stock vs. stockless. Stockless "rifles" are almost useless IRL (meaning they have no place), or just for very close ranges for use with special techniques, like pulling a sling against your shoulder with the MP5K.

This is the Precision showcase- due to the stock, it has better recoil and sway, which allows a faster follow up. Also much faster reload.

Imo it´s fine, however, it should not have the same pen power regardless of ammo type. The idea that conversion pistol FMJ penetrates BETTER than mosin standard ammo is fucking ridiculous and retarded, and worst of all, it is absolutely broken as a game mechanic. Like, when someone said that they think all FMJ has the same pen, I confidently refuted that and said that´s the definitely not the case, because I´d heard otherwise and the idea just seemed absolutely absurd to me. Crytek needs to maybe slightly nerf the compact FMJ pen, and buff the long ammo FMJ pen to create some semblance of balance. My go-to solo loadout is bow + chain pistol FMJ. Super cheap, super good. It´s lowkey better than an uppercut, actually probably better than an uppercut against a trio, as I have no need to reload during a fight, and I can wallbang mostly anything.

I would love to like Scotfield Precision but distance range in which it is good is too narrow. Up to 20-25 meters I'd rather have Naggant Precision or a Small Winnie. 25-40 meters it's fine. More then that and 280m/s velocity is way too slow. Penetration is good here thou. But small ammo poll is also a big downer. If it comes to Scotfield Spitfire - I'm someone who is playing Bornherim Match regularly and I've come to a conclusion that a rapid firing weapon should be considered as "a weapon that will not limit how fast I want to shoot" not "I should fire as fast as possible". ;)

I would assume the models, or rather, the likenesses of guns are not copyrighted, as they get used in just about every FPS, and it´s just the name which is generally the same as the brand´s name that is copyrighted/copyrightable, hence the stupid names.

@@akaroth7542 nagant goes from 40 to 100 which is a 57% fire rate increase. Scotfield goes from 41 to like 53 which is only 27%. Putting it at 60rpm would not be a bad thing

Have you tried bringing choke bombs? The wire does nothing but stop you from using necro or picking up your friend until the fight is won, and if you don't have a bladed weapon or you can't find an axe a dynamite stick will clear it instantly. So as long as you've got chokes to stop the fire from ticking it shouldn't even be a problem. Sucks to suck I guess
