@@donnybrook5671 I agree totally. But only because you mentioned humble AND attitude, which player in the recent past in your opinion (if not Scheffler) has had the most successful combination of both? The answer may not be the most successful player so it’s obviously a very subjective question.

@@cwg73160 JT had his insane year in 2017. Since then he just hasn’t been playing on that same level. If Scottie wins any major this year it would very comparable to JT’s career trajectory, that is unless Scottie actually continues his hot streak into the next few months/years and can hold world #1 for a long time (several months at least).

@@Bruins-vq5ey nah dude, Jon Rahm was favored, then JT. Scottie was 5th according to Vegas. Dustin fricken Johnson was ahead of him and he hadn’t done much to show that he was playing well. I don’t understand how anyone could pick against scheffler. I don’t gamble but that was my surest bet of the entire tournament… scheffler contending.
