If Detective Gillis did not have anything identifying him as a LEO, Scottie could have thought he was a fan or deranged spectator. Ultimately, the PGA needs to take heed and provide a separate entrance for players.

the lawyer's premise is wrong. the event traffic procedures END once there is a deadly accident on/along the path - even VIPs have to Stop when a body dies in their path. some men must learn to Stop when death is near. Texan Gov just pardoned a vet that shot another vet while at a BLM event. the dead vet was also trying to direct safer traffic. the LA cops arrested a bunch of Journalists that had been too close to some detained protesters. LA has protests now. with many going without any Event Traffic Procedures. myop, to quote JAWS (it is the season), 'Local jurisdiction'. with the Cops being in charge. the beaches should have been safer, er i mean the roads. RIP the Shareholder Class, and the saudis, will want their Boys out to play for them too. // just ice for them own the desert of want.

1. The deadly accident was well before he got there. 2. He was nowhere near the accident. 3. The police told him to go through that path, then another grabbed his car and arrested him once he did.

The case that you are talking about in Texas was a BLM rioter that pointed his AK47 at a man in a car and was shot! The video clearly show the man raise his AK towards the man in the car! The man defending himself should have never been charged, much less convicted. I’m glad the Governor pardoned him.

Can’t disobey a policeman in that situation- Scottie probably did not know someone had been killed though. He was just trying to get into the venue to begin warm ups for an early tee time.
