I’ve owned & built quite a few Street Rods over the last forty years and I have to say that this Tudor is right up my street. A real Resto Rod. Love how you did the firewall and the dashboard. Makes a refreshing change to see a Ford in a Ford too. Regards from the U.K. 🇬🇧 Thanks for sharing.

great build !! looks real nice. i think finding a 1930's postal truck or farm (bigger than the model T & A) would be a cool build .those trucks are heavy duty and could accomodate the 289,302 or even a 351. set it up for an atv with 4x4 . with military type tires and rims.

In 1976, I put a 289 Ford in a '30 Ford coupe and drove it to the Street Rod Nationals. I was 19 years old. The small block Fords are narrow but long, not "huge" as described in the video. They easily fit between the rails of a Model A but need firewall clearance as shown in the featured car. The Model A Fords were rated at 40 horsepower.

I'm a vintage car admirer and love how this maintained that original/vintage look with the body and seats. My brother just bought a 1930 Model A (all original even the 6 volt positive ground generator) so I've gotten a good idea of what stock was on these. The (original) 3 speed non-synchromesh transmission is a bit tricky to drive having to double clutch but it's a solid trany. What speed/transmission is in this car?

That’s exactly what I’ve always wanted to do!! A Model A stock appearing sedan...not slammed or chopped. All original looks with a V8 hidden under the hood. I’d even like to get a 5 speed manual in it for drivability. BTW all Model A Fords had a 4 cylinder with a whopping 40 horsepower. They didn’t even have a oil filter on them and recommended oil changes are 500 miles.

I just acquired a 32 Ford Model A Monterey 4 for in amazing shape. Any suggestions on a great motor and trans replacement for under 10k? Doesn't have to have massive hp, but I'd like to drive it on the highway.
