Nice quiet roads for the run home, such a change from the traffic of Edinburgh. I was admiring the brick work of the church, the ruined church and the viaduct in comparison to the concrete block bridge and the buildings of today. Despite the advancements of technology I can't help but think somehow we're failing.

Thanks Michael, I’m a stonemason to trade and these old stone structures will outlast any concrete monstrosities. You’re spot on on the ugliness of todays structures, how they get away with it it beyond me but I guess they are cheap to build and don’t require much skill…

Great roads ridden down them many times as you say much better than traffic and traffic lights. Stow is pronounced like the sound of now or ow obviously with the st in front.

Cheers mate, yes I much prefer the tranquility of the countryside over the shambles of our cities. Thanks for watching

Morning Sean some nice roads you have rode how long is that viaduct looks long. 👍🏍️

Hi Derek, we do have some nice roads here once you escape the cities. That viaduct is probably almost a mile long, it’s just a small one

Beautiful roads Sean, as you say much nicer when they're quiet. But then I suppose even shit roads are great when they're quiet?🤷♂🤷♂ I do like a good viaduct👌👌 I'm still intrigued by Alex's plate? Is it one of the very earliest issued?

Yes your right about empty and busy roads Nige, we sort of win in both situations lol re Alex’s plate, I’m not sure how old it is other than I’ve known of it for the last 25 years lol. Alex has many private plates on retention.
