Yes Jo - the barely fields look beautiful at this time of year as they start to change colour! We love to see them shimmering in the wind 😊

Does that barley end up becoming beer or ???. The last time I was involved with combining barley, I was 12 and was nearly run over by a full grain wagon.

Funny you should ask only this morning I wondered the same thing. I had assumed it was animal feed but it could well be for beer or distilling. I’ll ask the farmer when I see him next. God you had a narrow escape! Reminds me of Dads Army 😅
