A good place to start is The Survey of Scottish Witchcraft created by the University of Edinburgh, it has searchable database containing all people known to have been accused of witchcraft in early modern Scotland-nearly 4,000 of them: www.shca.ed.ac.uk/Research/witches/

You're very nice, but I'm not entirely sure why you are smiling about such a shameful era of our history. It's very tragic. Also...it's not like it's something that's no longer practiced or believed in...yet you do make it sound like it. It is fascinating, but people were tortured and they died and that's not a happy thing. Regardless, I appreciate the information. Thank you.
