Hi Barry, we've been in the area off and since 2020 as well and we ,love it too, there's also the Citrus Centre with two great restaurants, Chilli Pepper and Fig and Olive, also DeMarios on the main road and Concierto up at the back !!!

If you're up near the Playa Flamenca commercial centre, you really need a car to get to the beach, in my opinion. And if you have a car there are so many lovely beaches within easy reach. Our first holiday there was in 2003. My youngest daughter learnt to swim there.

Nah it’s that far at all. As long as you’re mobile and don’t struggle with walking in general of course. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from there. Down through the underpass under the n332 road and you’re there. It’s not far at all. We lived next to there and regularly walked to the beach with the dog.

Barry thanks for another great video which is making me second home sick. Just had an e mail through about the new development above the dog beach and a ground floor flat (off plan) starts at 299K euros. Yes the Zumba was on last time we were over in May circa 9.30 am and there is a chap who teaches a class with Samurai swords circa 8.00 am. Glad we bought in 2022 as the prices in Punta Prima and around are going through the roof.

If you want a steak get down to Franks near the water park Torrevieja. I've been going to Torrevieja and the surrounding area for years and nothing comes close to Franks. Top notch

We bought in Calle Violetas love the location, you need to go to Cafetria Violetas tapas bar traditional Spanish, hidden gem hopefully bump into you & Karen sometime in the area , just love la Zenia, Playa Flamenca area

Please stop saying Playa Flamenca is in Torrevieja. It is not in Torrevieja. It is in Orihuela Costa, Orihuela, Murcia.
