Lol! I used that word way too much back then. I try not to say that as much these days.

Thanks Scottman, I spent the summers of my childhood there on Otsego Lake, many memories of that town.

I was just up that way about a month ago and enjoyed the Swiss architecture as well. The city was too busy for me though, much prefer the quieter towns by the lake like Rogers City and Tawas.

Very cool! I haven't been into Gaylord itself since I made this video although I pass by it all the time when I'm going to/from the Mackinac Bridge. Rogers City and the Tawas Area are so relaxing! I usually try to get to Tawas at least once a year if not every other year.

@@scottman895 I so have to agree with you on the relaxing part of that part of the state. Seems so much more laid back and easygoing than compared to life downstate. I'm actually planning a trip, after having watched a lot of your videos, going from Au Gres up the coast to Alpena. I just covered most of your travels from Port Huron and got as far up as Harbor Beqch up M25. Very scenic route as well. So, I'm gonna try Au Gres up to Alpena, along the coast, see all the lighthouses up there, the historic stuff, and rock hunt, which is a favorite of mine. Your videos help a lot to know how to plan for an itinerary, especially to a place you've never been before. I really enjoy them. You always show the good parts, the positive and off the way places that just make traveling so much more appealing. And I really enjoy the hikes and the parks you go to, shows how beautiful our state really is.

@@ladyofjazz448 That sounds like a great plan! Tawas Point State Park is quite a nice state park in the Tawas area. I also enjoyed Oscoda as well as the lighthouse not far north of Harrisville which is called Sturgeon Point Lighthouse. Michigan has a lot of cool sights, and I enjoy sharing them with the world!
