@@DeleteLawz1984 Mr. DeCastro, I’m a big supporter of yours. I don’t know how to reach you so I tried this. I’m working on a story to try and start a movement to remove the police state and start over. This is what I have, I would like to know if you could 1 help spread my message and two of you could provide any professional insights. I like to have accurate information. Below is the start of my op ed. FIRST DRAFT. Please give me any suggestions you can. OP-ED about ENDING The Police State. “untitled” - [ ] The defund the police movement failed to pick up traction because the people who supported and began the cause failed to identify the problems that need to be addressed. Unfortunately the people who support the defunding or significantly reforming the system of law enforcement are mostly liberal or leftists democrats. As usual they goto the race card. That doesn’t work because while their normal base will jump on the bandwagon they need to attract others to the cause. We do that by first identifying issue and the problem we are attempting to fix, discussing causes of those issues, and discussing solutions to said problems. Problems which I will identify and explain my thoughts on how to resolve those issues that are causing mistrust, resentment, lack of respect and anger towards the Law Enforcement community. One of the biggest problems among the law enforcement community is lack of knowledge of the US Constitution, and what each Amendment means and how they are applied. Far to many cops have no idea what our rights are, and it leads them to make serious mistakes, and decisions cause significant harm to law abiding citizens. It causes the taxpayers to have to foot the bill for lawsuits against the cops for their violations of the constitution. I’ve have watched clips of officers on duty being asked what the 4th Amendment was and his answer was “The right to freedom”, that’s a serious problem. The next major problem is the lack of accountability and transparency in the criminal justice system. The police in America are very rarely held accountable for their illegal and egregious conduct. Cops will routinely do things or ignore other cops doing things that if I or any other law abiding citizen did would get assaulted, cuffed and charged. There is a large amount of video and audio of cops from the Chiefs down to patrolman who are blatantly ignoring the constitution, state law, Department policy and physically assaulting law abiding citizens by shoving them out of public buildings because they are exercising their constitutional rights by filming in the police station or courthouse or other government buildings in an attempt to hold our government officials accountable and gain some transparency. We have incident after incident of cops being so comfortable and confident they won’t ever get in trouble that they blatantly disregard the constitution knowing they are being filmed and that footage will be on the internet. They have no fear of consequences because they rarely face them, and when they do face consequences they are rarely appropriate. Cops who get terminated for misconduct just goto another department where they continue to terrorize the community. The issue with accountability and transparency doesn’t end with the police. The problem is also prevalent among prosecutors and even judges. It gets largely ignored, if they were able to do what they have been to the former President, what do you think they can do to the average person or the less educated. We should be able to trust that the law enforcement officers are not going to lie and take advantage of people. Unfortunately the way the culture has rotted from the inside out these cops today will not only lie but will insult you when you know the law and exercise your rights. They assume if you choose to exercise your rights it’s because you are guilty of something. Which is the end result of unchecked egos, which is another major problem in what has become the Thin Blue Line culture. The issues with Law Enforcement and with the justice system that have been getting exposed more and more in recent years, didn’t just start. These problem have been growing worse and worse for decades now. The only reason they are getting exposed now, is the invention of smart phones. Now that everyone has a camera in our pockets it’s much easier and far more common for people to record these interactions. The way Police officers and government employees react to these devices and being filmed while performing their official duties is very telling. We have allowed those of us who work in the public sector or government sector to think that they are hero’s and deserve special privileges and protections because they are police officers. We need to remember that cops are just people, making them corruptible. If anything we need to hold the people charged with enforcing the law and upholding the constitution to a higher standard not a lower one. Being a hero requires a lot more than 6 months in the police Academy. It requires doing something selfless, and helping others despite risks to your own safety. Hero’s have certain traits; empathy, compassion, respect, ethics and morals. All things that many cops see as unnecessary and in many cases they see those traits as being counter productive even harmful to law enforcement. Instead of attempting to be apart of the community and respecting the members of said community, these cops have developed a mind set that they are basically the overseers of the community. They seem to think it’s their job and responsibility and right to know who you are, what you are doing, where you’re going and coming from, and if you decide to exercise your rights not to answer those questions, or not to identify yourself when you are not legally required, the cop now views you as difficult and. Non compliant. They will start to insult you and disrespect you, or they go into intimidation mode. These is a reason why cops get so bent out of shape over citizens with cameras. They are used to doing anything they want and getting away with it because it’s the cops word against yours. Because the prosecutors and judges are also apart of that Thin Blue Line support structure they continue to get away with tyranny against the American People. The prosecutors are also a major part of the problem with the justice system and are included in needing overhauling of their policies, protocols and procedures along with the police. The entire criminal justice system needs reform and that includes the courts as well as the cops. While the cops are out on the street violating rights and freedoms of law abiding citizens, the prosecutors are in the courts protecting them from accountability while railroading civilians with ridiculous fees, fines and penalties for unlawful acts that the police commit daily. Even worse, police departments actually set up sting operations busting good samaritans. You have to undercover cops pretending to be homeless and panhandling, so they can hand out citations to people who give money to them. That’s some of the most shameful and disgusting behavior from people who claim they just want to protect and serve the people. They want to control and harass the people. The prosecutors defend and allow this behavior to happen and even co-sign the behavior. They are apart of the same scam. These agents of the government have perverted the intent of the law for the good of the state. Especially the traffic code. The intention of the traffic code is Safety on Public Roadways, however the police have turned the traffic code into a revenue generator for the township. The DEFUND the police movement was one that people misinterpreted. In part because the people behind the movement were not clear on what they wanted, as well as being incomplete in listing of causes why we need to defund the police. That is not a call to stop Enforcing the Law or a call for Martial Law. Our issues are with the manner is which the Law is enforced, not the fact they are being enforced. That is an important distinction that needs to be made. If we want to fix the problem, we need to address all the issues I mentioned as well as other issues that I did not list above. The courts need significant reforms as well. We need more community and civilian involvement with oversight and accountability. What I wrote above is just a broad overview of some of the more serious aspects of the problem we need to address in order to start repairing the relationship between the police and the people. I don’t think we can afford not to fully Dismantle the current Law Enforcement system in this country. America has effectively become a police state, and our founding fathers are probably rolling in their graves over what we have allowed our REPUBLIC to devolve into. We are rapidly becoming the same type of government that the American Revolution was fought to get us away from. We need to have a real discussion and debate over the future of the criminal justice system and the future of Law Enforcement in particular. Both sides need to come together for a good faith discussion so we can find solutions to these problems. Hopefully we can get to a place where the people empowered to enforce the law are trusted by the people. Right now that trust is gone. If we are ever going to Make America Great Again, we need to fix these problems with the Justice System. If we don’t we might as well just declare Martial Law now, because that’s where we are headed if things continue down this path.

Look, I'm a Black guy. My first reaction was "bruh"... .The young student that flipped out needs to have a damn seat. If my son behaved this way I'd cuss him out for bringing shame and embarrassment to the family and black people. He's in college and presumably educated, so no excuses can be made for flipping out like that. If I encountered a random white guy who mentioned the civil rights act and how disobedience led to it, as a history guy myself, I'd be impressed and engage him in a civil discussion. He's lucky he didn't catch as case for disorderly conduct. I don't care about being filmed as I'm in a public place likely on security camera anyway. I hope he saw this video and realized it's people like this auditor that are holding the same police accountable that are also likely to violate his civil rights due to well established racial bias in police forces. Talk about being mad over the wrong stuff. Smh

8:58 the cop blatantly says he doesn’t care about actual law🤔 Thank you for what you do Delete Lawz👍. These criminal cops need to be put in their place, alongside the lunatic that is unable to realize you’re actually defending his rights while he simultaneously berates you. The fact that these police put their hand on the good book and then immediately negate their oath says a lot about their character and unfortunately our recourse is drastically diminished due to people like the irate guy who is claiming “racism” when he legitimately is handing over his rights to criminal cops that care nothing about his rights. Truly mind boggling🤔 Edit…the people that retaliate and talk smack to you in the comment section are the reason why law enforcement gets away with their criminal activities. Absolutely shameful and despicable. Please help us god as we are going down a road that there may be no return from as we slowly give our rights away to tyrants that care nothing about us🤬 22:32 The pathetic tyrant can no longer engage because he genuinely doesn’t know the law and his low IQ makes it impossible for him to to admit wrongdoing…in fact, the most fragile thing in the universe is a cops ego and unfortunately this reality has dire consequences for law abiding citizens😢

You would be even further out of your depth to think you have what it takes to file a motion on your own to start the process for a 42 CFR 1983 suit. The law is extremely complex and is why attorney’s specialize. A better description of attorney’s is “a necessary evil”, but definitely not “worthless” When you can exit a courtroom victorious, instead of into a cell in handcuffs, you realize the “worth” of competent counsel.

@@Stepclimb The scales are are extremely tilted against you. If you are charged in a case, more times than not, weather you are guilty or not, the state wins. Body cam footage gets lost. Cops lie in statements and on the stand. The judge is friends with the prosecutor. The prosecutor plays golf with your lawyer. Getting off on a charge is an exception, not the rule. My belief is do we really need lawyers for these few exceptions? And again, I don’t need another man to defend me. If I feel I am in the right in a situation I’m going to handle my own business. Damn the consequences. And damn the system. If I go to prison, I’ll sleep like a baby knowing I did the right thing. But end of the day, I won’t be going to any cage. Because right now many people do not know the constitution or laws and that is why AMERICA has this problem. This is a plan and simple solution start educatein all high school kids the constitution and civil rights and things will change between the citizens and law enforcement and the whole justice ⚖️ system. Something that might help with the adrenaline and hand shaking physically is before you go in there do about 5 minutes of controlled breathing and mentally remember to keep breathing to keep that heart rate as low as possible. Psychologically while under threat of arrest try to just remember that jail is just a building and most of the time you're just going to be going through a boring few hours of taking your fingerprints, pictures and probably hand you a DAT that you will beat anyways. Hope that works to help you with that possible pre arrest stress I've been there too, thank you for doing good things for your community and trying to educate people 👍🇺🇲.

I thought I was beaten unconscious and as my memory has been returning slowly over time. I remember waking up in the back of an ambulance and seeing an EMT holding the shock paddles and 3 or 4M t's in the. Back of the ambulance with their mouth's a gasp and all in shock apparently because I had come back to life. I have not gotten my life back since I was. Railroaded in a kangaroo court and sentenced to 10 years in prison. I've lost my life since. In a kangaroo court I haven't got any good jobs. My life has been in shambles ever since is there anyone that can help me

You are a true patriot. Thank you for standing up for our constitution. Our founding fathers would be extremely disappointed if they saw the state of this country and how our republic has been sold out to corporations and corrupt officials.

That fact that you can watch this video and believe that this kind of activity "serv(es) human liberty." Just unreal.

She was having "female problems" making her crabby. That male student was also having female problems. The auditor would have been charged with disturbing the peace if he would have been screaming wildly like that.

Yep and the only reason he would have been charged, is because he has a camera practicing his constitutional rights, which makes it a sad day in America :(

I'm black, born in Jamaica raised in Canada and I'm totally digging this dude. Honestly, I loved how he triggered the brother. Basically the cat felt like this white dude housed him.

He wasn't upset that you mentioned his race, he was glad you did..because he wanted an excuse to feign being upset so that he could raise his voice and be righteously angry. LOL

The camera , to these govt. employees, is like the lights coming on to cockroaches, only they got no place to hide. And what's the deal with the potty mouthed clown cusssing and yelling trying to start something with you ? Would of loved to see him trying to attack you and finding himself face down in pain.

The guy in the backback was minding his business. DL should've kept his attention focused on the lady at the window. The guy in the backback 0 to 100 in seconds, and had no reason to keep that energy. It didn't help that the cops went directly to the guy in the backpack as soon as they walked in. LOL 😂
