It went together easily in less than an hour. kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

Is he using 2.5 in front and rear? i tought thinner tyres where better for xc
@reyrey29714 жыл бұрын
That's a myth, back in the day it was believed to be better for rolling speed but now it's more important to have the extra grip of the wider tires as well as just the durability too.

"Wider tires give you better rolling resistance" WHAT ?!?!
@graysonadams24854 жыл бұрын
Road bikes are starting to come with wider tires because people realized this. The skinny tires deform more over the length, whereas wider tires deform less overall. This is not to say you should go as wide as possible, but theres a point when too skinny of tires have more resistance
@StaggerLee684 жыл бұрын
Why not just get an E Mountainbike and be a pro right off the start? No need for all that time and training. I pass cyclist uphill all the time and don't need those fancy clothes. I ride in Air Jordans and beat guys on road bikes up the climbs. They get angry because I win every time.

@@williamboler8709 My bike is better than your bike. I'm an EBike wizard and you're just jealous cuz i got a motor on my bike and you can't afford to be fast like me. You can pass me but everyone knows your on a motorcycle. I pass cyclists and can hide my motor more easily so nobody knows. You can't do that on your motorcycle. I don't know how to ride a motorcycle, that's why I love the Ebike. It's way easier and I can look like a cyclist at the same time.

you are a professional athlete: learn English while travelling
@wf21972 жыл бұрын
What? What languages do you speak other than English? What does speaking English have to do with riding bikes professionally? I was not aware that when you become a "professional athlete", one of your duties is to master English so that Tom Holden and others like him can understand you because that's the only language they can speak...
