Me and my wife often watch videos together on my living room's television and often times depending on what we're watching, we need subtitles otherwise it's really hard to understand what people are saying, as english is neither of our first languages, we're both self-taught and the television sound is not as clear as headphones. Some channels have people who speak incredibly clear, and we can understand just fine 90% of it and get the other 10% from context. The reason I'm mentioning this is because today while watching this video I suddenly realized how absolutely clear your narration is and that we can understand 100% of what you say as if you had subtitles, sometimes even while I'm doing other tasks that produce noise, I can still understand everything. I don't know if this counts as feedback, but I just wanted to say how good the sound quality of your videos are and how clear your narration sounds. I feel like this is something that often gets overlooked. Just great sound quality in general. Additionally, earlier this week I decided to rewatch a 2 year old video of yours because I forgot how I went and it blew me away comparing to now how much better you've gotten at this. Not just the editing, play skill, game knowledge of overlay quality - those have all improved too - but mostly the sheer quality of the narration, structure of the video and clarity in the explanations.

This is exactly the point I’ve been making about OHKO moves! It’s a fallback position and mathematically if you have more than a 4 shot or no other way through a Pokémon without massively over training, it’s the best option. They’re similar to Gen 1 trapping moves in that way. Using the horn drill TM was genius. Also, a possibly use case for waterfall is holding on to it to give you better move set flexibility since you can delete it later if you need to and later surf is always an option.

Watching this video made me think about the unused Oak battle, particularly your thoughts on what the "right" starter would be. Considering the Oak fight was designed with R/B in mind, you'd likely have to fight the team with the starter WEAK to yours. If you pick Bulbasaur, then the rival would pick Charmander, leaving Oak with Squirtle. I don't think going by this philosophy would make the Oak fights more interesting, but it's something I felt like sharing.

As you are a person that prides itself an strives on communicational clarity, i think, this an the following lines can be a bit missundertoo. Since you are using the species of Seadra - but using the name Seaking - was it just a misshapp an you are talking about the exact same Pokemon we are seeing at this exact moment of time in the presented footage? Or are you perhaps talking about the previous Pokemon, since this one doesnt use Swift throughout the migame. Just wante to let you know and change this hopefully littel blip for futur viewers. I think it's gonna be a race between the last two Middle-stage grass/poison types, who both get Razor Leaf and Growth! If I'm right, my money is on Weepinbell for getting Vine Whip at level 1 for Brock and Misty.

If you have less than 30% chance to get by something, then OHKO moves become useful. That is how you should always view them. You should also look at the entire stack of PP for it as a single attack because you only have to hit one time.
