ive a Nissan Note Ascenta Premium 2015. My light settings are both switched to OFF yet when i turn my engine on the front left foglight only comes on. Any ideas?

Auto on the dash is for the cars start/stop system.

Hey Scott, just bought one and when i turn it on i do notice a 'sport mode' briefly flash below the display on the right hand side thereby suggesting that it does have a sport mode..i have no idea how to turn on that mode n sadly, neither did the dealer. Please help
