I Bet You Have Never Seen A Bike Like This Before!

I finally got my new bike after waiting over a year to get it and the bike is amazing! Its a Cannondale Bad Boy 1 and it has so many cool features like a lefty fork, built in LED lights, and a belt driven 8 speed internal hub! We build up the bike and take it for a test ride!

Cherish that Mother of yours! I was very close to mine, for fifty odd years, and I miss her most. I could talk about anything to my mom, and she had something to say. That was a big surprise, when you pulled out one fork leg!! I've been off for a while, and back on for about a year, just ordered an "L-train", hope to see it soon. It was a lovely ending man. A really nice gesture. Mike Burrows showed me his single sided front forks, about 20 years ago at a show in London. He made some of the very first singe sided front and rear hubs for the Speedy Trike. A really good idea.

Belt drivetrains are very common on city commuter style bikes, they require a lot less maintenance when compared to a standard chain. Pretty cool design

I have the predecessor to that saddle (charge spoon) on my road bike. They're awesome if you are in a more aggressive position and your sit bones are used to it, but i can't imagine sitting on it without bike shorts and in an upright position. Ouch. Funny reading the replies to this comment... if your brakes are squealing, even on a new bike, you've got problems that need to be addressed. If it's a new bike, either you didnt bed the pads in or you contaminated the pads and/or rotor. If it's an older bike, it's usually contamination or glazed pads.

Pedal extenders have been around for years and so has internal gear hubs as well as belt drive. Though Cannondale have brought the together nicely. Shimano nexus hubs, no?

Yep that frame is definitely 1 size too big. He should have about 2" between the crotch and top tube. Looks like he might have maybe 1/2" if lucky.
