My question is: Why are we asking for permission (permits) to exercise constitutionally secured, fundamental, individual rights that the government has NOT been enumerated any power to regulate whatsoever, and has, in fact, been specifically prohibited from infringing or abridging in any way by our supreme Law?!!! And, yes, "to bear" includes both open and CONCEALED carry! (At least, according to the Supreme Court's oft cited definition (from Justice Ginsburg no less!) e.g., "to carry on or about the body, OR IN THE CLOTHING, OR IN A POCKET, ... spontaneous confrontation.")

ive seen police in my city of "Rochester NY" watch people get car jacked at gun point because they were scared to get shot officer was frozen. no American citizen should have to outsource their safety to the slave brigade

the license is not readily avalibe you have to know a police office to sign you application so if you dont know any cops your not going to get it

The people arguing at the supreme court on the 2nd Amendment should stop agreeing that felons or mentally ill people were prohibited - they were NOT. Do not give them an inch. Keep repeating "Shall NOT be Infringed" means EXACTLY what is says. It does not say, "Shall NOT be Infringed Except....". I find it strange that ANYONE could think Rights come from government. That concept is antithetical to being a free human being.

a hunting and pistol permit are 2 different things because you dont need a pistol permit to own a rifle or a crossbow

Judge Clarence Thomas will make the final decision in June.

Thomas might have the opinion, it's possible, yeah. And given the number of outstanding opinions, this one might be handed down in July, even. But we'll see!

What makes a concealed weapon more dangerous than an unconcealed one? What guarantee can the justice give that criminals won't carry concealed. It's not up to the States to, "give the rights to carry"!!!
