Scourge was an intriguing character. His development was started by a lucky injection of energy from the Master Emerald and driven further by an existential search for an identity separate from Sonic. He went from being a chump to turning into a worldwide threat. He was fun while he was here. Solid video, man.

I totally love Scourge the hedgehog. But it's kinda sad to see that he gets overlooked by Sonic and the other guys and somehow got underrated. I'm just saying If someone is asking "who's your favorite bad guy of Sonic?", there is as good as NO ONE who would say "Scourge the hedgehog" first. Because there are indeed other cool villains in the Sonic world, like Mephiles the dark or Dr.Eggman (because he's the first character who comes in mind, when it comes to Sonic's bad guys). But in my opinion is Scourge the hedgehog a brilliant and interesting person, with a really good technic to get what he wants. And that's why I love this character!

Penders' claim to Scourge in particular is shaky at best since Evil Sonic is too derivative to be trademarked, and Scourge himself was created by Ian Flynn. Sega could easily take Scourge back.
