I feel most people underestimate Lockdown, to me, If Lockdown really wanted to - He could've killed Grimlock, or all all dinobots in fact, if he is able to catch then as trophies then he'd 100% have the ability to kill them, despite how Scourge has a kill count of 64 from a variety of factions from Autobots, Elite Guards. The only reason Scourge lost was because he could never do sh&t himself despite being more powerful than even Optimus, and he couldn’t directly make anybody other than Apelinq stay dead. He had the chance to kill Optimus after killing Bumblebee then just walked away for no reason, and at one point one of his intimidating- scary spiderbots (that he never actually needs to send out because he’s extremely powerful) was 1-tapped by a metal bar. Scourge, unlike most good villains, is held back purely by the plot and nothing else.

Lockdown 2 tapped optimus, sure it was while prime was distracted, but it only took 2 bullets to take prime down, also optimus was outskilled in the 1st few seconds of his last fight with lockdown, only really landing 3 heavy blows while lockdown landed around 10 before prime was even distracted by Cade and KSI
