St Paul's Institution Seremban
100 years of Scouting heritage. 3'rds own Seremban since 1923. In search for history, we discovered a scribbled entry dated 1923 that was part of the school's diary and it read St.Paul Troop is being formed under the auspices of the Hon'ble British Resident.
