Hello, funny story for you. That was me captaining that boat. This video popped up on KZbin for me to watch. Made my day to here what you said! I have been the guy in the small boat getting swamped before. Also it might do you good to know you out fished the guys in the boat that day. We didn’t put the first scale in the boat. Tight lines and yes there needs to be more respect for other boaters and fishermen on the water these days!

I'd rather have them run full speed than slow down on plane. Half of them think they're doing you a favor, wind up in plane and push 3 times the wake than they would running full speed.

ill be down there in 2 weeks to visit family , wasn't sure what you folks fish for around belhaven. ive only ever fished fresh water lake.

The Red Drum are pushing in right about now. You should be able to pick up a few of them during your visit. They are a lot like Large Mouth Bass when it comes to locating them. They like structure, jetties, shallow flats etc. Good luck brother keep them lines tight! 💪

I launched at the bridge on 264 right before you come into Belhaven. There is a railroad trestle right next to the bridge.
