Cities around the world moving to self-sufficiency while America is moving to personnel vehicle dependency. The roads are crumbling throughout United States because it is too much to maintain & in most cities only denser areas create revenue which get sucked by wide spread houses or detached homes.

@@LivinginCharlotteNC-Vlog - no but i've lived in charlotte probably longer than you've had your real estate license. i have a friend in concord and downtown concord is a dump. they've built it up but it's not a great place to live. it's cheaper than most big cities so you get more for your $, but the reality is the schools suck.
