Probably my children... that's funny. Cucmber beetles were a menace for me this year. I'm hoping for a bitter cold winter this year. Store looks great, thanks for sharing.

I noticed on a prior video that you were installing 2 lines of drip for cut off strawberry plants. I am strawberry plug planter and really don't have adequate water to overhead bare root. I wondered if you or you know anyone who had has success with dripping in cut offs. I also have concerns of a mid October planting date. I am about 100 miles east of you and 50 miles North, ( probably close to same weather zone). Thanks , you really do a great job with both the farm and channel.

Mums look wonderful. I'm giving up on the melons ,cool at beginning of aug in Ma and they where done as usual. Got a dozen melons not great tasting. Pumpkins faded also but produced much faster.

Enjoyed your video. If it's possible, I would like to request a pumpkin devoted video. Scouting, spraying , picking, and planting of the larger fields/ different varieties, "if old footage was saved ".. I have noticed many more varieties of pumpkins at your store on display , than what I knew you grew .. Your pumpkin fields appear weed free, here in South Western PA we experienced the worst drought in nearly 40 years . Our fields are full of weeds and small fruit, I believe the rain never came to incorporate herbicide .. You would think with the dry weather, all produce would have a great Market this year? I would assume everyone down your way has the game changer irrigation wet lines ?

We’ve moved to silver plastic on fall greens on our farm. The plant burn up has gone way down like you see in those lettuce. The white plastic on a summer day is hot to the touch but the silver is cool and saves a lot of those plants.

@@demetriusmill5336 I'm going to do a trial on tomatoes next year with reflective mulch for thrip suppression. May give it a try on late leafy greens also thx.

I grew my first crop of pumpkins this year with know how from your videos. Thank you for sharing. I opened my pumpkin stand on September 1. I had 800 or so pumpkins. I am down to 59 this morning and what I have left is scraps. I’m thinking that if I had a good stock now would be peak selling time. Just out of curiosity when do you think your biggest week for pumpkin sales will be this year?

@@CherryHillFarm Guess we are doing it right then, lots of prayers go up each year mostly on deaf ears lol. I might need to make some sacrifices to Mother Nature!? You pulled that perfect Cherokee Purple and I was in awe!

@@mariefradette7220 the plastic mulch? I'm not sure who the manufacturer is, if that's what you're asking. I use 1 mil on the black plastic and 1.25 mil on the white on black. Thanks for watching!
