Ideal combination of typing and ability. Speed tier is just enough to get the job done. Movepool is a little dry but with terablast you can get any coverage. I think the thing is great!

Spicy Extract is only really useful against slower special attackers which you're going to use a physical move on. Or for confusion, but by then it's just luck.

I tried doing some doubles when the game launched with Chi-Yu, Scovillain, and Torkoal trying to facilitate a sun team. There was other members of the team, but it kinda blew and I felt like that core was actually kinda strong if I figured out the support part. Putting someone on there that can benefit from a Spicy Extract and then two outs to whatever answers your team

I love Scovillain but its viability 100% depends on where Torkoal ends up. Outside of the sun it’s just complete ass, slow and frail. If Torkoal stays OU I think Scovillain will have a small niche but be a bit outmatched, if Torkoal drops tho Scovillain’s gonna be an absolute terror

@bobleyee6276 Yeah, i was thinking pairing it up with Foul Play or Confusion in doubles, or Trapping, Tricking a Scarf and then Disable, forcing Sudoku by Struggle. It can also be used to buff your partner, so Clear Body Dragapult would only take the Attack Raise, or White Herb + Unburden Hawlucha/Grafaiai would be "online" faster.

I mean you play on lvl 100 vs lvl 100 but what about lvl 50 vs lvl 50 ? Wouldn't it be better to run timid over modest on scovillian because is there even a pokemon that you can kill with less hits if you play modest or even with +2 spatk after one growth ? Modest 176 spatk (+2 = 352) 127 speed = 254 Timid 160 spatk (+2 = 320) 139 speed = 278 Modest for example outspeeds everything that have max 169 or less speed with +1 or choice scarf (253) Timid on the other hand outspeeds literally everything on +0 that have a speed nature because even regieleki with timid have 277 speed also you outspeed stuff like Iron valiant Max speed +1 = 276 Spectrier modest +1 speed = 273 Aka everything with 133 base speed on +1 speed that *dont* have a speed nature is slower than timid scovillian And about the dmg, from what i saw is that modest and timid only change some % how much dmg they do with a life orb but the amount of hits you need for the kill is the same i mean if modest does over 60% hp dmg and timid does over 50% both need 2 hits same goes for a 0 K.O. e.g. Modest does over 110% dmg meanwhile timid does over 100% but both need just 1 hit So is modest realy that worth using ? Looks like overkill to me if the dmg is higher but the hits stay the same + you lose speed
