SCP-173 got new arms

I've got a big soft spot for SCP Unity's 173 re-design. Always felt those arms have a lot of potential.
This is an animated version of a joke post I made on various socials including Reddit back in March, 2020, so you might recognise it.
Procreate animation is pretty good but it did NOT like the number of layers I ended up with so I didn't want to draw too many frames for this one. Might try different software next time.
