SCP-213 is an adolescent humanoid male, 1.5 m tall, weighing 95 kg.
SCP 213 is able to forcefully sever the bonds between atoms in any solid or semi-solid matter with physical contact. An intense flash of light is produced when doing so. SCP213 can use any part of its body to manifest this effect, and has used it to disintegrate projectiles as they impact its body. Manifestation of this effect has proven to be extremely painful, with extended use causing enough pain to render SCP-213 unconscious.
SCP-213 was recovered from Palo Alto, CA, when reports of a teenage boy being arrested for homicide after "vaporizing" his girlfriend during coitus reached agents embedded in the local police department. Further investigation revealed SCP-213's anomalous properties. However, during initial containment, SCP-213 vaporized the agents attempting to apprehend it. During the ensuing firefight with a MTF, SCP-213 was able to disable 2 agents before being contained. SCP-213's containment procedures were finalized and classified as Euclid.

I've seen some videos on this SCP and I feel really bad with him. It's not what he is and what he does that's not scary. It's what is inside of him that makes anyone or anything disappear very scary and tragic. Why the Foundation didn't just expalin to 213 why his containting is important to protect his parents and dear ones. This way, he'd never would try to escape. And just let him talk to his parents, if you overwatch what 213 says there is no danger of vile-breaking, just tell parents he contracted an incurable, permanent and highly contagious diesease and they may never can risk to touch him. (After all, no one would know its about the danger is not infection, but vaporisation) This wouldn't even a lie, but no one would suspect anomalous stuff. I agree that if even more disaperences that aren't his fault, running is better. After all, these men coming in the middle of night makes it moraly legal. If he is not granted a lawyer, then just take your right of frredom in your own hands, I want to say just escape. If jurisdiction is not just to you, you shouldn't risk becoming a D-Class. And even D-Class have a right to a Lawyer AND their parents know waht happens before their offspring become D-Class.

Honestly, if the SCP Foundation actually _explained_ WHAT and WHY they do it, once they know, a lot of this wouldn't happen, and several Foundation guardsmen would still be alive! For example, if SCP-213 had been told up front that he has a horrible, incurable disease (not a lie) and can never leave because even the slightest brush with a man would kill them, I doubt that he would have ever escaped. He's seen this happen himself, multiple times, so he would believe them. The SCP Foundation is _completely right_ to contain him, but they should satiate his worries. The nicest thing that they could do would be to call his parents (on a recorded, monitored line, obviously) and simply tell them that he can never come home. I once experienced actual insanity because I couldn't contact my parents in an isolated place, and like SCP-213, I ran. If I had been able to contact them, I'd never have done that. The same goes with him.

I would be the biggest candidate and if you want to ask my questions about me living in my region, my entire life, I found out that other people who are involved with me, seemed to haunt me after the fact that I have completely removed them from my life and yet I keep on having vivid dreams, regardless of anything, that also pushes me in those dreams to point where the dreams feel more like a reality than anything else.

Shouldn’t this be listed as a keter class? Keter classes are known to breach containment on a regular basis. Or maybe he was down graded to euclid after put into a coma preventing accidental breaches?
