I am surprised there was no mention of the possible relation between Cragglewood Park and SCP 437, a bunch of trees near a lake that have been found to have human remains inside of them (as in, "naturally" inside them, not as if they had been forced inside by someone) and can be heard singing softly.

So, here's something that furthers this SCP. If you go to the actual file for it, in the transcript for the video, one of the last words has/is a link that takes you to the file for SCP-437, a grove of trees with human blood in them. And there's an addendum that goes as such: "Radiographic and ultra-sound imaging determined the presence of humanoid skeletal structures and soft tissue in each instance of SCP-437-A. Organs are 'woven' into the trees themselves, and appear to be semi-functional. Although severely deformed, most of the bones are consistent with adolescent humans between the ages of 13 and 16. In several cases, deformation of the jaw has been minimal - this allowed us to identify certain instances via dental records taken before 1991. I don't think your PoIs are the campers, Jeremiah. I suggest we sub-designate them as part of SCP-437. As for the SCP-437-A instances themselves - I want to look into the possibility of euthanizing them. They've been in there for twenty years. When you press your ear against the bark, you can hear them. It's low and muffled, but you can hear them just fine."

Personally for me I love the idea of amnestics. If they could find those biochemical responses in a nerve cell to erase specific memories. It could be used in a pretty bad way I do admit. But the benefit of it would be that you could use it to treat people with post-traumatic stress syndrome and other disorders. I think it could be if it was used responsibly and correctly a very good medication.✌️👍

@@drolnogardgames4335 Well, amnestics are meant to be a last resort in most cases because the process of getting more is very costly and dangerous. In the SCP universe, they have amnestics of differing quality that come from different sources. SCP-3000 makes the most consistent ones, and SCP-939 can also produce amnestics, but they include some anomalous side effects like making a person unknowingly drawn to wild SCP-939 nests. The SCP Foundation couldn't realistically provide amnestics to regular people since they're basically anomalous items themselves. Who knows what kind of horrible side effects could happen without realizing it, and the foundation would rather not risk that. Plus it makes it easier to keep tabs on anyone who's ever taken amnestics.

No, I believe that these kids all actually had a sibling that was taken by the carrousel and disappeared, erasing any memory of them and leaving the remaining kid as an only child. The thing about Cragglewood is it targets a pair of siblings, usually an elder/younger. There is a lot we don’t know about what else goes on at the park, but somehow the kids know one of them has to stay if the other is to leave. The Elder sibling in an effort to protect the younger gets on the Carousel and every memory their family has of them is wiped from their collective memory as they become a part of the park. It’s an insidious, evil fucking place.
