SCP-4007 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Kagemusha or The Shadow Warriors.
SCP 4007 is a collective designation for 5 anomalous individuals, informally known as the Pingfang 5, who formed a special operations unit serving under Unit 731 of the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. All five individuals of SCP4007 received multiple anomalous abilities over the course of the Second World War.

This is probably unrelated to the SCP but the part marked in the middle of the Pentagon situated quite near to a place called Ha Long bay which according to legends was the resting place of a giant dragon that caused part of the continent to sink. Even the name itself also means Descending Dragon. It's highly unlikely this was the monster in the story but it's pretty interesting nonetheless.

Well, even if the roundup and atrocities hadn't been ordered by the Imperial regime, the Foundation still has facilities and personnel in Japan and there's bound to be at least a few Japanese anomalous secret groups that are members of the GOC, so regardless of how many individuals would have remained alive or been born since then, it would be extremely unlikely that their powers would be manifested in public on any semblance of a normal basis.

I’m pretty sure most people tortured by Unit 731 were normal civilians. In fact, I’m pretty sure they bombed villages (with bioweapons) for the sole purpose of testing how deadly and painful they were. They would go out of their way to cause unnecessary pain. Such as boiling people alive, vivisecting people, forcing people to rape each other, etc., this isn’t even the worst of what they did. Nice video though, I’d give it an 11/10. Have a great day!

This reminds me of the Five Deadly Venom's lol for real. With 2 needing to work together to beat one of them . Three were murder while 2 were left. Toad impenetrable skin , Centipede and dang it forgot the other one who died. While Lizard and another fighter joined forces to kill Snake. This was a really dope episode

the ping fang five in tf2 terms scp-4007-1=that one annyoing pyro who u can never frickin kill scp-4007-2= an always ubered heavy scp-4007-3=a disguised tryhard spy scp-4007-4=the other spy that always has the cloak and dagger and stays in one spot for 90% of the round scp-4007-5= the other other spy that is using the your eternal reward (cause theres always 2 or more spies on every team)
