basically, the message from the O5 council was to save humanity from “IT”, then we move to 0:16. that was the SCP foundation trying to kill humanity. then 0:26 was the military trying to stop the SCPs that the SCP foundation had released to end humanity. then the SCP-5000 video was about a guy that merged with SCP-5000, and after waking up from a 3 month blackout, was told by a…consciousness? to deliver a briefcase to SCP-579. after he gets to Site-62a (i think thats the number) he finds SCP-579 and gives the briefcase to him. that “restart the world” was a reference of bringing SCP-579 with SCP-055. THAT was the briefcase. and if you cause the two to be very near, it will reverse a civilization ending catastrophe and does not cause the scenario in another universe.

Scp 5000 thinking about it now its already clear this thing is powerfull enough to probably not have a physical form so only one thing i can think of each universe it creates it always uses a diffrent oginzation for its goal and pretty much every reset it wont do the same thing twice so 5000 the reason it doesnt have all the info as something deleted it thats info that will never happen again or have a use and that harness is something this enity didnt expect to be made or didnt know it existed or the methods used to make it made it resistant to whatever the enity is
