SCP-7386 is a small pest control shop operating under the name "Blug's Pesky Solutions." SCP 7386 itself has no fixed location, and will randomly manifest among plazas and other shopping centers around the globe. SCP7386 will often replace a store already present within the shopping center, the store of which will reappear upon the demanifestation of SCP-7386.
The interior of SCP-7386 is identical throughout each manifestation. The store contains a single floor, which consists mostly of shopping aisles, each containing products relating to the control and extermination of vermin, specifically insects. The building also contains an employee-maintained counter and a small office area. SCP-7386-1 is the only known employee to ever work at SCP-7386 and has claimed to be the owner of the establishment.
SCP-7386-1 is a sapient, arthropodal biped that displays significant similarities to cerambycid insects in appearance. While SCP-7386-1's four frontmost legs are jointed like most arthropods, its two hind legs which it uses to walk are structured similarly to mammalian humanoids, allowing for more fluid movement. SCP-7386-1 measures approximately 2.1 meters in height, and possesses a pair of long antennae, each measuring 1.8 meters long.
SCP-7386-1 displays a friendly albeit overly assertive personality when interacting with customers, as long as they do not comment on the entity's anomalous appearance. If a customer comments or otherwise acknowledges SCP-7386-1's insect-like appearance, SCP-7386-1 will retaliate with extreme anger and distress, subsequently followed by the demanifestation of both the entity and SCP-7386 in its entirety. The same events will also occur if any individual(s) attempt to force SCP-7386 to leave the store or kill the entity. Individuals within the store during demanifestation will not reappear within the building during any following manifestation events.

Anomalies like this show that even if the SCP isn't outright hostile, even acting friendly to human beings, doesn't mean it isn't dangerous. Moreover, if it is an SCP that is next to impossible to contain, could eventually result in a Broken Masquerade. On a final note, Josiah's transformation could be a form of karmic punishment for the amount of insects he killed during his time as an exterminator, especially considering how much he enjoyed killing them. Cathartic, really.

I will say, I DO enjoy when my fav YT’s have a sponsor they’ve added into the vid. It means they are doing well and being paid for their work. (Except raid…fuck raid) 2. There are things you HAVE to do when working with a sponsor. This could include WHEN the ad needs to pop up in the vid. If it’s at the end, most peeps are gonna just go to next video. They already know his entire life story, so it probably wouldn't be hard to craft a cover story where the costume fused to his skin or something. If it were say, melted in a fire or a chemical spill, perhaps both, it would also explain the oily texture it has.

Honestly, not really. I feel for the guy. In fact, I think he deserved much better. Why? Because imagine this: He was _just_ a kid whose mother left to follow some peace stuff and all he had grown to know was his father and his job. Sure, that turned him into a psycho, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was from some sort of trauma related to both of these things, so mother leaving and staying with father. As he grew up like this, that was all he knew even moreso than before. It took a toll on him. That doesn't excuse his actions, sure, but doesn't he at least deserve counseling? Someone gentle? His reactions are a sign of trauma for sure and that is coming from a regular guy who has no background in mental health - You can simply look at his reactions and deduce that. Also, counseling and dealing with troublesome past would potentially help with his containment.

Magical yokai bugs have the capacity to weave through the usual consensus reality, that's why they did collectively a curse on Josiah in order to entrap his soul out of fear while also enhancing him with wider powers that are acting as a catalyzer for swift shifts between locations. Best bet is to attack the shop as fast as possible because it contains the will of Josiah and then maybe containing Blug making him to remember that he is still a human and that bugs need some care for too and then the curse will probably vanish.
