Those lenses reveal the inner beauty of forgotten beings while also revealing the deep dark aspects of normal regular beings. Basically they are teleporting the locality senses of the local Earthly density and attune it to the lower densities plains. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder and thus they show how different lower realms have a different view on their local reality. Also SCP-682 is a girl, wow, this means that something really altered her ancient guardian properties afflicting her nature that driven her to be that mad and angry at our local reality.

If you were to consider the two objects: the description of the contacts are “to reveal the truth” and consider 682 always refers to all living beings as ‘disgusting’. If what people see through the contacts is what 682 actually sees, then it would make sense that he holds that view.

this is pretty much the exact plot of saya no uta, a japanese visual novel from 2003. the only difference is the main character developed this “warped” vision of the world after a brain surgery instead of contact lenses. Everything else is pretty much the same, he even falls in love with a horrifying monster, which he sees as a cute girl due to his condition. I really recommend it, the art is beautiful ( well , as beautiful as a pile of rotting slimy flesh on every possible surface can be ). if u like this scp i recommend checking it out tho viewer discretion is advised ^__^ it contains c*nnibalism , r*pe , animal cruelty & more so its definitely not for everyone

SCP-750 Object Class: Safe Special Containment Procedures: SCP-750 presents no threat unless applied directly to a human eye, and so shall be kept in Dr. Langley's office until all relevant tests and studies are completed. All instances of SCP-750 are to be removed from the previous user after testing has been completed, whereafter they are to be cleaned and returned to their included case. Description: SCP-750 is a group of twenty-four (24) contact lenses, designed presumably to correct myopic or hypermetropic vision. When a pair of SCP-750 is applied, they attach to the cornea and become unable to be removed physically by the wearer, though others can still remove them.
