Oh, but he can. There's a file... canonical or not, I've no idea, but it has Bobble appearing on a television in the house of a SCP researcher. And he had a guest star...a co-worker of said researcher. Bobble explains that he is a bit upset about their attempts at stopping him and drops them a hint of its origin, though it could be a lie. Bobble states that he spoke to their ancestors from the painted walls of their caves. In other words, they can trap his signal for as long as he remains a signal. But not once he evolves to the next form of media.

SCP categorization It’s not based on the actual safety of the anomaly, but rather how safely contained it is. Keter-Class means it is loose and cannot be contained. Euclid-Class means it is contained, but poses risk of Containment-Breach under its own power. Safe-Class means it has been truly, safely contained and insulated from normal human life.
