I also recommend SCP-6001, an alternate SCP universe that is basically the opposite to the main one in that the world is at peace and almost all the SCPs live happily and free. This just made me realize something about the plague doctor: what if the pestulance is being non anomalis? If he only affects animals that don't have anomalis traits, then that could be a sign that he believes not having any properties or powers is the byproduct of an illness, which changes when he turns people into zombies, there by making them now anomalis.

So since 999's entire purpose is to cause good feelings, if there were an entity that had good and bad feelings switched (good = bad and bad=good), would scp 999 start to cause bad feelings? Or would it continue to cause good feelings, while making the entity unhappy, because good is bad to it. And adding on to that, is 999's effect tailored to each individual person? Or is it more like a pulse that affects everyone the same way? Because depending on which one it is, if 999 changes its effect for the entity, would it start making other entities in the area feel bad instead?

For the first part, it depends on the mechanics of the SCP itself. If it has a field around it that reverses anomalous properties, then interacting with SCP-999 within that field will cause bad feelings instead of good. If it requires physical contact, then SCP-999 will cause bad feelings for the SCP itself, and once leaving contact will eventually turn to normal. I say eventually because I doubt you want an SCP who permanently changes other SCPs, as that would certainly break any form of canon the Foundation has left. However, there is also the possibility that SCP-999 would actually be unaffected, as even the Scarlett King might not be able to do anything to it and thus nothing lesser could. And SCP-999 affects everyone the same way with direct physical contact causing mild euphoria that intensifies over prolonged contact. Hence why turning SCP-999's slime into an antidepressant is a question being researched.

So if 999s effect doesn't change, this entity would feel what we equate to sadness or something. But since 999 wants to make people feel positive feelings, would it be able to change its effect to negative feelings, which are positive to this entity, since it wants to make it feel good, or would it not be able to and the entity would be forced to feel bad whenever it's around 999?

Many of these do indeed turn out to have goodness inside as evidenced by the SCP-6001 file. In that parallel universe, SCP-096 worked as a chef and SCP-173 was a public sculpture/performer, a living work of art. Strange, the character that hunter is playing evidence by him screaming as he is attacked is the desk worker. Even though that character has been used as a separate character multiple times and Hunter has acted as multiple other characters before. He also did this when dealing with infohazards, where the same SCP attacked him, and he similarly was attacked but survived. You can go with the idea that he is a being who is above the SCP Foundation, giving him the ability to blend into any of their worlds and interact with our own. However, he still is connected to the SCP Foundation multiverse, so while he can escape physical infohazards, he isn't immune to them either.
