They're both anomalous teams that could seriously do a lot of damage to each other, and seeing who survives and who dies would be very interesting. Honestly, Omega 9 (The Scrubs) vs Tau-5 (Samsara) sounds like a movie you'd go watch at the cinema, just 2 small mobile task forces without that many people in it (4 soldiers for samsara and 3 for the scrubs), both kind of anomalous, very destructive and both are "Cyborgs" (Super soldiers made from the flesh of a dead god for tau-5 and 3 quake characters trapped in real life for omega-9).

I believe there was already a 3-way "Cross-test". MTF Alpha-1 (Red Right Hand) fought MTF Omega-1 (Law's left hand) and MTF Resh-1 (The Seat of Consciousness) in a 3- way battle, due to conflict between the O5 council, the Ethics Committee and Administrator. Very disastrous, but truly revealed the strengths or each group. Check the SCP Database.

Here’s what you need to do with Eta-10 and Eta-11. You can simply integrate each member from one another into their own teams to track down each anomaly whether it is auditory or visual. That way neither team will suffer losses due to all teams having different task force operatives collectively mixed in with one another.
