I remember going to an open server in this game. There were 3 other people besides me. We survived together, explored, and generally had a good time. So one of them knew about this thing, and decided to test it on us... at first, only I and one other person died. I thought it was over, but he said to me, "Do you know that after death, 096 somehow still remains aggressive sometimes?". I got a good heart attack after this thing ran on us without animation

At the end of the game, if you'd contained 106 and gone through Gate A, you'd be caught by NTF. If you didn't contain 106, he'd appear on the surface and distract the NTF so you could go down the tunnel and be taken away by Chaos Insurgency agents. I'm guessing you either managed to contain 106 or your game was just extremely bugged.

They didn't contain 106, you heard them talking about "The old man is coming" when they were on the surface. They got the Chaos ending, so I think 106 distracted MTF so they were able to get out, but we just didn't see it

The reason for the NTF pushing Peanut is that after a certain period of time, NTF enters the facility after an announcement (probably the glitched audio) and "secures" Peanut and recontains him. You can recontain Larry too yourself. After that, it's only the NTF, Doctor and Shy Guy left to actively hunt you.

But if you see then approach or someone tells you there's one somewhere and they guide you to approach it they realize your aware and attack everyone directly involved. I believe in its scp article there was a guy told to toss a ball athem. It went through like nothing was there but both participants started getting slashed.
