SCP 001 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as Captain Kirby's Proposal.
SCP-001 is the entity known as O5-13. The exact nature of SCP001 is not yet known. How SCP-001 came to be in the position of O5-13 is still under investigation. Due to the current lack of understanding of SCP-001, it has been deemed necessary to keep SCP-001 unaware of its containment.
SCP-001 is known to take on the appearance of a 1.9m tall male human of Latin American descent. Whether or not this is SCP-001's true form or a disguise is still under investigation.

I believe there’s a part in the rules for overlords that says something about running all his plans by a 4 year old girl, and if she can spot any holes in those plans they to be immediately scrapped. 13 is the 05’s little girl. Just an average joe off the street, no delusions of grandeur, and no 300 iq, who serves to keep the council grounded by the simple fact that he doesn’t have his head permanently lodged up his own ass.

We're just watching the files open in front of us while we're in a secure Skype call with the rest of the O5 who are all in the same room except us because O5-13 is considered the Designated survivor in case the rest of the council gets wiped out (which it did) so O5-13 can't be in the same room.

Basically the point is that 13 is completely non-anomalous and that the administrator keeps a special relationship w him cuz hes the only one who is even truly capable of telling if something is normal or anomalous, because the other members are so anomalous themselves that they can't always tell the difference. They've only blown themselves up once so far. And yes it was because they couldn't be trusted. The issue with the original O5 council was that they had becomes so anomalous, they could no longer be trusted to keep normality. The exception being O5-13, since they are a box standard human. Someone randomly grabbed from the streets to tell them what is normal or not (which shows O5-1's concerns were pretty well founded). Unfortunately this has caused paranoia to grip the new O5 council, thinking 13 was behind it all with unstoppable reality bending powers (when they are still just a normal human being). So the second group might end up being eliminated if their paranoia goes too far. But hopefully once they see the transcript for the previous O5's last meeting, they'll understand what really happened.

I mean, after all, how long can someone live before their brain is filled with memories and information before there's no more room for anything else? Hence memory overlap. If you've ever had low HD space and your computer started to do odd things because the cache reached the HD storage capacity. The previous O5 Council (Who shall be known as Council A) died because O5-1 nuked them all out of paranoia. Only O5-13 survived and was carried over to the new roster of O5s. However, the new O5s (1 to 12, and shall be named Council B) thought it was sus that 13 was the only original member left of Council A and decided to conduct a secret investigation on him but Council B is having trouble making sense of Council A’s downfall and 13’s possible involvement. The Administrator, The Ethics Committee, and O5-13 seem to be the only ones who know what happened to Council A but feel that Council B aren’t ready for that info. The O5 meeting featured at the very end of the video was the last moments of Council A before they died.
