Thanks so much Suzy!!! Yes, you do need the elf bow to put on your little elf. The small and medium work well with the two size elves you get in your Christmas Elf die set. I'm addicted to making the Garlands. I didn't put it in my tree. It's hanging across my princess curtains in my dining room and I'm in love!!! lol Have a happy crafty weekend my friend.
