You could automate the process more with vacuum pumps: they can place blocks. Not sure if it is a critical thing, but it exists.

Scrapman, connect a vacuum pump to the storage chests and have it running all the time so it doesn't run out. I have this in my base and it's very helpful. You can also put a cap on the amount of water it can take in (maybe a pulse extender) to put a cap on the number of times the craftbot can craft. If you don’t want to make a new vacuum pump (although it is very cheap) you can connect it to your existing watering system and put some chests in between to make the watering containers higher priority than the crafting container.

What he didn't know is that you can dispense blocks meaning, with the proper setup, you can detect when a block is removed and add it back, but instead of having a big pillar he can have a chest full of all the blocks he'd need that he can refill anytime with ease. Btw I haven't watched the vid yet so idk what he did.

I've been finding that tearing apart abandoned shops is really good for getting lots and lots of wood quickly. granted finding them probably takes more time than tearing down trees. but you can easily get 1000+ wood and net blocks from a shop and a car drives just fine on both so. wood around the outside, bit of meshy block stuff in the middle looks really cool.

Really cool idea of the glow bug Farm maybe if you want you can be prepared so just create more wooden cardboard sticks and then when they eat them all you can weld them over and over and over until you run out of of cardboard

You can use the vacaum pump to dispence blocks. You need the blocks to be in a chest connected to the vacaum pump. You could use timers to make a automatic food dispencer for glowbugs!

The explosive is good to use in the warehouses. On the ground floor of the loot room there is a cracked wall which when destroyed, leads straight to the lift to the roof. Instead of going through the last section of the warehouse.

Went back and watched your Trailmakers episodes with the vehicles that have smaller vehicles inside, and had the idea of a motorcycle inside a boat inside a car.

Make one big pillar on the lift sideways, then weld it in place. Its just faster. I have a setup with 6 glowbugs eating a big wall of cardboard. I just build it like 16*infinit amount. I have stabilizers at like 20 blocks high not just the bottom, to keep it straight. Also glowbugs gonna die in your setup, becuase the pillar fall on to them. Just separate them with a wall, they can eat it anyways. Keep up the good work!

Scrapman you can use the dispenser to place blocks. If you use sensors and some chests you make the feeding completely automatic. (Apart from supplying cardboard)
