Yep, I actually have been doing it for about a year now..started out kinda rough until I watched you, Mike the Scavenger, Thub, TinMan, and others and learned quite a bit!! Went from making about $60-$80 a load to now I make anywhere from $200-$500 a load. And yes, it takes hard work at times, but knowing where to go and when to go is essential in Florida; there are a LOT of Scrappers here… But I’m actually in process of starting my own LLC and have a few regular customers in industrial areas which are big companies with deep pockets and throw out all kinds of goodies!! Gonna start my own KZbin channel very soon as well being inspired by you and the other guys!

Fun fact: air compressors actually have expiration dates just like apples or bananas they do this because the rust can build up on the inside of the tank due to moisture accumulation or the welds could fail.

Paul with the ovens the doors come off by just open 1/4 of the way and pull sometimes there's a safety screw down by the hinge but it makes it easier and lighter to move

Spray in or roll in bed liner. Roll in bed liner you can do it yourself. About $100 a gallon. Good for 3 coats. I have a spray in bed liner.

You can take that plastic bed liner out and have them put in a spray bed liner. The only problem is your factory metal bed has grooves, too, but just not as many as the plastic junk.

Save that dryer cord for the air compressor [to convert to 230 V 30A]. The air compressor is currently wired to 120 volt. That 5 hp motor will blink your house lights at every start. A friend had a home business with a compressor in use that ran once hourly on average. The blinking got old really fast. Affected CRT TVs too.

Get your bed on the truck sprayed with spray on bed liner. It does have a rough surface but it will last for over 5 years without repairing. I had it applied to a number for truck I had. You can buy it in a 1 gallon paint bucket. I've seen people try this and its uneven and looks like crap. Some 4 wheel off roaders have it applied to the bottom half of the truck . looks great . comes in more than colours than black, it will cost you $400 dollars to have applied.

Use treated plywood to build a floor insert and you can box over the wheel wells. My dad did that to his pickup trucks and they worked out great.

Hey Paul I have had a few compressors. There is always a drain cock at the bottom for water that will build up in the tank,from condensing water in the air. Open that when taking one and no worries about pressure. Should be opened once a day when using it. So water will not build up and rust the tank.🙂🏴‍☠
