Can you bring compressors in without draining them?

Yes, but I would call different scrap yards. Some give compressor price which is not very good and some give copper bearing motor price $0.15 lb here in Canada. Both I guess are better than nothing but I find the copper inside is worth taking out. Thanks for the question. Stay well.

No I didn’t, the metallic looking wires are copper, yes.
