Hello Phil, Thanks for another super fun video! I learned last week that you can easily grind aluminum with a grinding wheel for stone because the blade does not fill up with aluminum. Maybe a good tip for when you have to process more. Greetings from the Netherlands

👍👍👍👍👍👌Phil there was a method used in tank shops , used 7” inch 40 tooth carbide blades mounted backwards on a circular saw was a popular method for cut outs before plasma cutters became popular. Just a thought……..careful if you try it!!

Hi Phil I use a wood and nail blade on aluminum and I have a dual saw that I use to.
@Nas_Atlas8 сағат бұрын
Aluminum is soft but when they make alloys they put silicon and a few other things that are hard and dull the blade anyway.
@joesmith-es1zy6 сағат бұрын
Magnesium is something else they add, it's basically structural aluminum.
@jeffbeimers3 сағат бұрын
You should try your porta band on that aluminum.

Hi Phil, Have you considered using a torch to cut your metal like they do over in India? They use a torch to cut everything over there. Thanks for the great videos that you always make. I hope that you're feeling better ❤

Plasma cutter, knife through butter. Nice payday on the alloy.
@ClarenceGarrett-e1f9 сағат бұрын
Not sure why you don't invest in a plasma cutter?
@curttaverner58574 сағат бұрын
My only suggestion would've been to cut at the welds buddy
@kevinraines43186 сағат бұрын
get a set off gas bottols for cutting would save you on how many blades you use or a cheap plasma cutter would cut them like cutting butter

Atleast for once use your new Silver surfer van to make a grand daddy of a yard run. Making a 1000 dollars in one trip to the yard will be thrilling to watch.
