Wow! These are amazing! And I bought those packs plus one of the new packs. My problem is I am not an artist. I am a stamper and I make stamped cards. I would love to see a LONG video on how just a plain old stamper (emphasis on OLD) can make the most of these. I watched your whole video here, and I've watched other ones, but there is very little if anything available for a how a stamper can make good use of these. Can you help me?? I'm sure I'm not alone!!

The crayons are best for either background designs to stamp on top of, or to colour in your stamped images. Here is a video I posted with stamping with the crayons to form texture on a background: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4uuqGN4bMmrZ5I Here is made some backgrounds: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2nUnmSMf8ejebc Here I share tips when using the crayons: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2nUnmSMf8ejebc Here is a resist technique: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIWldJiFlKeej5Y

Jeanne Smoker. Have you looked at Jennifer McGuire or K Werner video's? They are card makers and use different mediums. I'm sure if you looked at them. they would include Distress Crayons. Both are amazing!

I’m laughing so hard….as I read the title of this video, I misread it to say, “Tim Holtz demons,” instead of “demos!” LOL 😝

can i use the medium for polaroid pictures? i am thinking of making a scrapbook for my polaroid pictures and i am just wondering if it affects the quality of the picture or something
@ScrapTimeVideos8 жыл бұрын
I would test a polaroid first. They have a different finish to them. To be sure I would contact Ranger directly.

Wondering if the crayon will keep rubbing off?
@ScrapTimeVideos7 жыл бұрын
No - once it sets it would only be rubbed off with water and friction. More stable than watercolour based mediums.

What kind of work surface is he working on?

How do you stop the paper from pilling? Is it important to use watercolor paper and not cardstock?Thank you
@ScrapTimeVideos8 жыл бұрын
When you are using a medium with water watercolour paper icier best choice. Cardstock isn't designed to absorb water. Tim uses a lot of manilla paper too. It is thicker and smoother than cardstock.
