Watching the many of the vids in your build series, I am always mesmerized by that ultrasonic cutter!

Yes, it's very useful but expensive.

very nice work - I use the hollow carbon rods with wire L bends for my flaperons - the tube and wire system with solder is genius

I thought it would've been rather difficult getting the length right. How he did it made it look far simpler than most I've seen.

@@Helicopterpilot16 you just put the flaperons into the position you want with a block and tape - put the servo in the max position - then glue (or solder) the connection.

Congratulations on building and sharing the video. Could you please tell me which airfoil you used for the construction of the wing. Thanks

I'm curious what kind of plastic film you used when sandwiching the horns and carbon weave with CA?
@kousakunin2008 Жыл бұрын
It’s polyethylene film. Thickness of 0.05mm to 0.1mm is easy to use. Polyethylene and polypropylene are said to be difficult-to-adhere materials and are easily adhered.

beautiful and some very intelligents ways to set up perfectly to alain the alerons, I love that trick with the spars !!! you forgot to take out the tape before trying alerons for the first time jajaja ( 5.03 minutes ) great work ! when is going to fly?

I think it was connected to only one side when tested with tape so it could move inside the holle rod?
