Hi. the "wait untill < Not Mouse down? >" is creating a ton of lag spikes when clicked. (script made at 7:15 ) and i dont know how to fix it because am not that great at scratch and still learning. i dont know if its with my scratch 3.0 or just my pc. when held down it slows down the game by around 150% and nothing looks smooth anymore. thanks (I found the solution i had to disable run without screen refresh on all custom blocks.)

I used the gradient tool on the vector art page! I also set the ghost effect to a higher number, which makes the whole sprite transparent! :D

It's just a Windows 10 cursor. Go to Windows settings > Devices > Mouse > Adjust Mouse and Cursor Size > Click on the box with the mouse all they way to the right> Then change color to black.

If I tried to use this to make a different themed version of the game (with for example a different background that doesn't scroll) would it still work? When you say 'We need to add a limit' is clickEffects really the limit code because it looks like just an unnecessary effect but it seems like you need this effect which won't work with my game.

Hey! The tutorial is amazing, but there's something that kinda bothered me you explain stuff way too quickly and I have to come back and pause the video constantly. I don't know if this is because I'm used to Griff talking slowly so everyone can follow along, but it took me an hour to follow this 20 minute tutorial because of it. Thanks!
