I think you are a fantastic story teller so more stories or just talking about stuff that interest you gets my vote. I like comparison videos as well enjoyed that Beauty Bat/cosmic Brushes one you did. I also like palette mashup videos where you work from multiple palettes. We’ve been so lucky to have so many fantastic palettes that have come out in the last few years that we don’t need to focus on just new stuff

Thank you! I will keep this in mind, especially for the month of January as I imagine new releases will be few and far between and I've already made the decision not to buy anything new in December and January regardless so I think January into February might be more chatty videos than reviews.

I love this idea for a video. I wanted the Mario palette that came out last year, but it looked pretty similar to Natasha Denona I Need a Nude.

I love that you're duping the vibes of the Mario palette! So unexpected and amazing that you found such a affordable alternative too - the look turned out amazing! I haven't tried Makeup by Mario's eyeshadows, but my guess is that the shimmers might be a bit more delicate and wet looking. But on the eyes, I'm sure that the difference is very small! I think a even closer match would maybe be if you included single eyeshadows from indie brands. But this is just spectaculations, maybe your dupe is spot on! Either way, you did a incredible job with this 😍

Oh, whenever I do cook tone looks like this one, I tend to use a warmer or more neutral tone between my eyebrows and the transition shade to soften up the look a bit. Just my opinion by when a look is heavy on the cool side, it can be a bit harsh on our warmer leaning undertones, especially around the transition area and our skin

Your idea is a good one! I started that exact series… I did one video and had palettes chosen for several videos but I just didn’t do anymore. I would definitely watch those videos if you do them.

I was hoping it was something by Beauty Bay because I want to try them but want to know more before I make a purchase on sale palettes. I’m not a fan of makeup by Mario I don’t often regret my palette but but his matte neutral palette that was one of his early launches was such a disappointment to me. And I always think if he can’t do a simple neutral matte palette that works for me. 😂😂😂 so I don’t check for him. Never ever ever

I can't say I've had a strong desire to get anything from Makeup by Mario but seeing this palette I was drawn to it and I had to stop and think why. I'm glad I did. To me, it's a no brainer on which one to pick. I just can't comment on Mario's formula.
