My mom told me when she used to live in Afghanistan, her aunt had two hyenas as watchdogs for her house. They were really loyal and playful around their home and got along with the kids, even babies there, but were aggressive and would try to bite guests or visitors. Hyenas can form great relations with humans, but are also one of the most dangerous animals too.
