I 100% support this theory. I thought there would be a 3rd killer in 5. Some of the kills imo were just too visceral and violent to be who the killers were. @@CRAVENSomethingScary ghostface has always been my favorite horror film, and Stu was always way creepier to me then billy being that Stu really had no motive, Sidney even stated the whole mamma’s boy thing about billy lol. I love your theory’s for the long game, but my hopes are that they bring him back in 6, and he somehow slips away again and becomes the face of the franchise for ghostface being that he is kind of a “ghost” lol. What I believe keeps Stu’s fire burning to kill again is that Woodsboro has forgotten about him. Billy has all the fame and this drives Stu crazy. With Amber saying she killed Dewey. Two things, first she seems like someone who wants all the credit and would lie to get it. Second I believe she said she killed Dewey just to make upset Gale more. Amber is for the theatrics and wanted Gale to stuffer mentally as well as physically. Stu killing Dewey in the hospital would make so much sense and stop all the talk about the killer being over 6 feet tall and the strength to kill like that. As for me it would take away the sting of Dewey dying by the hands of Stu than a new character. Just my thoughts. Amazing video as always. Cheers.

Casey and Steve were killed by Billy and Billy alone. Stu had an alibi. It’s literally in the dialogue of the movie. Stu is dead. He nearly died by bleeding out and then he had a TV thrown on his head and was electrocuted. You don’t come back from that. Also Stu is too chaotic and dumb to mastermind anything.

Hey Cher! Yes, Stu was with Tatum BUT we do not know for how long or at what time he to her house! All we know is that Casey and Steve bought it some time after 10pm. Stu and Billy could have killed Steve and Casey then Stu goes to Tatum's and Billy goes to Sidney's at the same time! So that is definitely plausible. No way one person can talk to Casey with such a even breath while grabbing Steve and taping him up to the chair at the same time. Casey would have heard the struggle over the phone. Steve could not have been there the whole time because Billy (who I believe was on the phone) told Casey to turn on the patio lights "again". So that was all happening while he was calmly talking to Casey. That's impossible. So, that is pretty overwhelming and compelling evidence for both of them being there. Not to mention getting Casey roped up and hung in less than a minute or so. Two man job! hahahaha!! As far as surviving, Sure he did! Matthew Lillard even said it best "They would have cauterized those wounds"! Regarding him being "dumb", well he was 17 or 18 in Scream! Cher, Billy was the one on the phone speaking to Casey, while Stu did the killing, before they both left to their girlfriends for alibis. However, I definitely agree that Stu is dead. He was stabbed 5 times in the abdomen, had his head crushed, and then was clearly electrocuted. The series would have to do some major retconning to bring stu back alive at the expense of the intelligence of the main 3 characters AND the audience.

Between Dewey, Stu, and Randy, this series has a history of either bringing back or almost bringing back characters you thought died. That said, I think bringing back Cotton Weary would be a great way to go. His story is sort of the unspoken side of the Scream story, as him and Sidney are the two characters who’s lives were directly impacted by all three sets of killers in the original trilogy. Yes, he gets a knife to the face, but honesty that shot is so quick, you can barely tell what happened. And if Anthony Anderson could speak his mind on Bruce Willis after 6 inches of knife went through his brain, then why not bring Cotton back? Liev Schreiber is in better shape than ever, and is arguably the main cast member of the originals who’s stayed the most relevant in the mainstream. Cotton overcame so much, saving Sidney’s life, even if it was for selfish reasons. We also get that one piece of dialogue where he says he tried to help Dewey, which could very well have been the thing that saved him, and shows that Cotton had a side of morality that he wasn’t trying to show off. Exploring the fact that Cotton himself was a very troubled man in his own right, and having him face off against true evil, but dealing with it like a killer would, is a great idea I think.

@@CRAVENSomethingScary Glad I’m not the only one haha. I could seen him coming back and only having one eye from Roman taking his other one in 3, which I think would look pretty awesome. And “One Eyed Weary” is just a nickname that writes itself. The idea of the climax ending with Stu and the other killers about to kill our main characters, when Cotton reveals himself and proceeds to mutilate the killers, while the other characters escape. He kills the first ghostface, as we see him reach down, and put on the mask and cape, to the terror of the rest of the villains. Schreiber’s bodyshape and presence in that costume would be unmatched by anyone I think. Basically do an expansion of what Sidney briefly does to Stu and Billy at the end of the first film, but make it the entire finale, as the lights go out, and Cotton begins tormenting them, Similar to the ending Once Upon a Time in Hollywood with Brad Pitt. He kills everyone, but lets Sidney or Gale have the last hit on Stu. He carries Sidney from the house, as reporters arrive to get the story, Cotton telling them to turn the cameras off. Then have a joke of him taking off the mask, and one of them asks how it felt to be the killer, to which is says “Nah, not really my thing.”

We probably don't need Scream 8. just because There's 8 stab movies revealed throughout the Scream films, You think they're will be an eighth installment in the franchise. Counter points : #1 there is no reason to mention that Stu is dead, because everyone already knows he’s dead. #2 it was moving into Stu’s house that got Amber obsessed with the Stab movies and the main reason she was willing to make a live action Stab movie using her friends and an original location of the original killings. Also they may have just used Stu’s house to connect Stu to the movie (since they already connected Billy) and to end at the same location as the original events and “Stab” movie #3 It’s possible for Richie to help Amber with Tara’s attack because he could have just been talking to Tara on the phone and not actually there (could have been a 1 Ghostface opening attack) plus only having Amber attacking Tara would increase the chances of Tara surviving the attack to lure Sam to Woodsboro, and Richie with her so they can make their live-action remake of “Stab”. As for Amber being able to kill Dewey it’s possible since she caught him by surprise and immediately stabbed went for the kill, and if the knife was extremely sharp I don’t think it would take much strength to do what she did to him. (But I’ve only seen Scream 2022 once) but to me there’s no real reason to think there’s a third killer much less it being Stu. Just my opinion

Stu is dead. For them to bring him back just causes major plot holes in Scream 2, 3 and 4. How do you get this far without a single movie mentioning he survived? If Stu survived he would have been put on trial and sent to Jail and would be serving a life sentence like all serial killers do. If his body went missing before the coroner came to pick him up it would be in the story already. The only way to bring him back is to have some teenagers stick a metal rod in his grave so he can rise again when lighting strikes like Jason did.

I mean even without Sidney pushing the TV on to him he was going to bleed out. Billy made sure of it. So even though I love him. I don't want to see him alive again. The Billy Loomis come back visions was cool but you don't just want the repeating that in the next movie or so on. You want it fresh. I get it you want it to be true, you want to keep the discussion going but these theory videos make no sense haha. 1) They didn't explicitly mention a lot of characters being dead after the fact, this logic means that any number of people could be alive still even though we see them die. 2) Stu's house was in Scream 5 because Amber's parents bought the house many years before which kickstarted her obsession with the Stab movies and Ghostface. She literally says this in the third act. How would Stu have been responsible for this? There's literally an in universe fan movement that thinks Stab 8 sucks, Stu isn't driving that it's just a toxic fandom thing. You're clutching. 3) The structure of the first attack was like about as generic as they come in a Scream movie. Plus there's no real evidence that Stu was even a fan of the movies, he was just along for the ride with Billy. Honestly I think the Billy and Stu were secretly gay lovers theory holds more weight. 4) You don't think Amber has the strength do slice through Dewey's soft fleshy stomach with a really sharp hunting knife that's specifically designed for gutting and deboning animal carcasses? I have been a fan of the scream movies since the first movie and I would like to point out that each killer and this was evidence in the scream series, each killer has there own signature. For example in scream 5 amber used two knives, her partner killer always kept the knife raised. However, in one of the kills in scream 5 the first kill I believe the killer wipes the blade of the knife after the kill in the same manner Billy Loomis daughter does after she kills the boyfriend and given her ties to Billy Loomis, and one of the themes to scream 5 is legacy, and their doing a six one it's very easy to use one movie to set Sam as the hidden third killer and in the next movie explore the reasons why. Because she hinted she left for 5 years because she wanted to protect her sister from herself and she could be playing a much longer endgame since ghost face killers like to hide in plain sight
