Believe it or not the one I'm happy about is Sorority House Massacre 4K. I have it on VHS and DVD and didn't know about the Blu-ray. Some people don't like it but I love it. Thanks for the heads up Richard!👍

I love it too. Looking forward to seeing it in 4K. Might be one of those that will be surprising like Slumber Party Massacre in 4K. I wasn't expecting anything huge as far as the 4K went but it was impressive.

Deep Star Six, is massively underrated, and more than worthy of your time. I’m so thankful, that I lived through a time where you could go to a THEATER, and watch sea monster epics, like Leviathan, Deep Star Six and Deep Rising. They had *great*casts, and were absolutely packed with practical effects, wrought by the hands of true geniuses. To this day, I FAR prefer a river, and latex ma- in-a-suit creatures, as opposed to increasingly embarrassing CGI nightmares. Thank you for another gem of a video Richard. We appreciate you very much!

Thank you! I appreciate you a ton. I agree with everything you said. I don't mind CGI for certain things but, like you said, I'll take a guy in a monster suit and them using camera angles, lighting, and editing to make it scary. The real old school techniques.I so prefer that. Once Deep Star Six goes up for pre-order I am getting it right away. I'm not waiting for a Kino sale like I usually do.

I’ve never seen Sorority House Massacre but I want to get it. I don’t know if it’s just me but there’s something about 80’s low budget, cheesy movies. I want Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama on 4K.

You are not alone. A good chunk of my movie collection is made up of 80's low budget cheesy films. lol I think you'll like Sorority House Massacre. And a big yes to a 4K of Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl O Rama! I remember when I rented that as kid and I took it up to my parents to check out and they looked at the box like, "UUUUUhhhhhh ... ok, whatever." And let me rent it. lol

That would be a great one in 4K! I think Grindhouse Releasing is working on a 4K of it, or maybe they already did the restoration and that is what they are using for screenings but not on disc yet. Either way I want that in 4K too.

I don’t know what’s more annoying, scream factory re-releasing sorority house massacre only a year later after releasing the limited blu ray or re-releasing newer movies with more special features after I buy the blu-ray? 🙄🙄🙄

Both of those are pretty much tied. I love upgrading films to 4K but I do wish they just come out right away these days. I can understand if it's an u[grade to something that was released on Blu-ray years ago. I'll double dip then but for something that was released not that long ago on Blu-ray then I wish it was just a 4K from the start.
