He's "underrated!!!" because he's the character who they made related to the protagonist while also being the antagonist. He wasn't meant to be a thing, both in the planning for these movies and in universe. Probably the worst killer imo. The only thing he has going for him is the one man show, but then he also was a one man show. He did everything solo but every other ghostface must be a team? Wouldn't being a solo be easier, as no chance of betrayal or the other side not caring for you?

I think the thing that separates the two is how intense everything is even before Casey gets attacked. Tara's is good but it's more right to the point stabby. They definitely TORTURED Casey from the very beginning all the way until the end and just when you didn't think it could get any worse, the gutting just shot it over the edge. It was downright inhumane

A good selection. If the newest Scream was in this, it'd be about 10 minutes longer. Since it's this, I'll say who killed who and who made the calls. Billy made all the calls except the one at the Riley's residence. As he was in the middle of a call with Casey, Stu disemboweled Steve. Stu was unmasked after he pinned Casey down and it'd make more sense for her to recognize an ex-boyfriend than his friend. It wouldn't have been humanly possible for Billy to go out the front door of the Prescott residence, ditch the Father Death costume, and come up into Sidney's window in a few seconds. With the norierity going around, a cruel prankster suited up and went at Sidney in the bathroom. Stu was going around town inviting as much schoolmates to his party as he could so Billy suited up and murdered their principal in the empty school. He disemboweled and hanged his body at sundown so that no one would see him doing it and he could get to the Macher residence and murder Tatum as Stu hosted the party. Stu once again suited up to "murder" Billy, chase Sidney, line up to kill Randy before hearing Sidney and resuming chasing her, and ending Kenny as he got between him and Sidney. Between Mickey and Nancy, she was the one that made every single call. While Mickey was usually in costume and running around murdering others, Nancy acted as the Ghostface 3 times which were to attack Sidney after Cici was murdered, murder Randy (which she took credit for after he badmouthed her son and was a change from her intending to kill Gale), and attack Gale and Dewey critically wounding the latter. It was ambigous which one made the call to Jenny, but Charlie called before Olivia's murder and Jill called after that and before Rebecca's murder. It was ambigous who called Sidney before she went to get Jill but Jill called after binding Charlie to the chair. Charlie outright took credit for the first three murders while Jill took credit for killing Rebecca. It'd be difficult to explain how she did it but Charlie was with two others and had no way to get inside the hospital to kill her. Jill called from home, her mother had the car, and she was far away from the abandoned farm so Charlie attacked Gale. Charlie was on the way so Jill attacked both Hoss and Perkins but it was not said who dealt extra stabs to them. While Jill confirmed that Kate's murder was a part of the plan, it was ambigous which of them did it. Charlie outright took credit for murdering Robbie and chased Jill, Kirby, and Sidney into the house while she attacked Charlie and bound him to the chair. It was onscreen as Charlie attacked Kirby and left her for dead (with her dying for a few minutes when asked 12 years later) before attacking Sidney. It was also onscreen as Jill stabbed Sidney and unmasked herself followed by shooting Trevor dead and stabbing Charlie to death. Amber was the one that called Tara, Richie was the one that called Samantha, either one could have called Judy, and Amber answered the call that Samantha made to Richie. Amber had help from Richie filming the clip she sent to Tara but she attacked her all on her own. It was said that Amber killed Vince but I'm not sure how she could have snuck away from her friends to do it. Richie was the one that attacked Samantha at the hospital since Anber was being questioned by Judy. He was also the one that killed Judy and Wes since the Ghostface doing the murders had muscle power that Amber lacked. Amber took credit for the hospital attack that ended in the security guard and Dewey dead. She was also the one that attempted to murder Chad as Richie arrived with the Carpenter half-sisters when she had to leave him for dead. Richie was the one that attempted to murder Mindy as Amber was with Tara at the time. On-screen Amber shot Liv dead and suited up to help Richie with his reveal. Wayne was the one that made the call to Jason and the first call to Samantha. Quinn made the second call to Samantha and the call to Gale. Wayne was responsible for murdering Greg and Jason, commiting the bogeda massacre, and ending Dr. Stone. He was the only one with the power and skill to commit the first 5 murders and knew where Dr. Stone resided. Ethan was resonsible for the apartment attack since that Ghostface was not as efficient as before but they were able to choke Anika one-handed, lift her off the ground, and disembowel her. Quinn outright took credit for murdering Brooks (Gale's new boyfriend), attempting to murder Gale (and nearly succesding only to be foiled at the last second), and attacking Mindy in the subway. I believe Ethan was the one chasing the Carpenter half-sisters and Chad around the abandoned theater, but he joined his sister to critically wound Chad.

Hints for her being Scream's 3 other Ghostface are her disappearing when Dewey , Gale and Jennifer are rolling down the hill after the house explosion kills Tom and popping up in a different location or the bathroom stall scene where she has the Ghostace outfit after Sidney finds her hiding there
