Screamfest The woman (didn’t catch her name). I think she convinced herself he might be kidnapping her (once she started thinking he was taking her away from the trail), and had a panic attack during sex... then convinced herself she was being raped. She never said “no” or “stop,” unless they didn’t show that. It’s just my two-cent theory - please don’t bash me if you don’t agree.

She had a panic attack/seizure during sex, the memory of wanting him left when her head started replaying how she met him, which caused her brain to blur the lines between reality: for a split second, in her head, she was being raped, because she couldn't remember growing close to him, making out, and wanting him. The panic attack/seizure stopped the second she plunged the knife into his neck, and she suddenly realised what was happening - that's why she starts panicking, and trying to help him within seconds of stabbing him.

Yeah if a girl is seems to be acting odd or even freaking during sex, that's definitely a red light to stop but doesn't justify killing that guy in the slightest, she murdered him, hid his body and the dense dude literally had no clue to why he got stabbed in the neck. Since I've been with my girl for 7 years and still going strong, I pay very close attention to her reactions and if something seems amiss, I always stop everything I'm doing and I check on her.

Just a little tidbit I found along the way..if you have an "outdoor" mode (I am watching on my phone) on your screen settings, turn it on..it lasts like 1/2 hr. and shuts itself off, but it makes it MUCH easier to see those "dark" movies, which I find immensely annoying! 😷✌

First off, I had to turn the volume right real right down or else ppl will be thinking I’m watching something else. And that’s definitely not my cup of tea. Joking apart, I love the short. This is simply disturbing, unpredictable besides an huge interrogation on what was going through her mind to do such thing. Another aspect I love so bad was about the woods.... I'm going to conclude, based on final dialogue, and the fact that she seemed confused after the stabbing, that the idea was supposed to be that she wasn't in control of her RE action to having sex , like some men seem incapable of self control once the act is set motion.Not exactly a novel idea, in fact , used as a defense for pathological murder in more than one famous case.Past abuse and related trauma has become a legitimate defense for all manner of otherwise inexcusable behavior, the victim becoming the perpetrator.Of course,in the broader sense, most perps were once victims.

The most exciting part of this is the play on the fact that we naturally assume the first person we see is the title character, so we get caught off guard when we see what really results in taylor going missing. The plot is too vague or the point got lost resulting in something that was just really uncomfortable to watch
